Welcome to Zuppykart! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at zuppykart.com (the “Platform”) and the hyper-local delivery services provided by us.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our Platform or services.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

  • To place an order on Zuppykart, you may be required to register for an account using a valid phone number (OTP verified) and email address.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
  • You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Services and Product Availability

  • Zuppykart operates a hyper-local quick-commerce platform delivering daily household essentials.
  • Upcoming Services Notice: Zuppykart plans to launch an online pharmacy and healthcare vertical in the near future. Once launched, ordering regulated items will be strictly subject to valid medical prescription uploads and verification guidelines in compliance with local regulations.
  • All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any item or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices displayed on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees or handling charges may be applied dynamically at checkout based on location and order volume.
  • We offer secure online payment options. All digital payments are processed through our authorized payment aggregator partner, PhonePe.
  • You agree not to use unauthorized payment instruments. Zuppykart is not responsible for transaction failures resulting from network issues or bank downtime.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Local Logistics

  • Zuppykart aims to deliver products within the estimated timeframes shown during checkout. However, delivery timelines are estimates and can be impacted by traffic, weather, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, handling fees may apply.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled through the Platform before they are packed or dispatched by our local fulfillment centers. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of fresh daily essentials, returns are evaluated case-by-case. Damaged, expired, or incorrect products must be reported to our customer support within the designated window from the time of delivery.
  • Refunds: In case of approved cancellations or successful returns, refunds will be initiated to the original payment source via our payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Platform, including text, graphics, user interfaces, code, images, logos, and software, is the property of Zuppykart and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zuppykart shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, product delays, or inaccuracies in product descriptions provided by third-party suppliers.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
